Who are we and what do we look
like?
The Employer Skills and Services team are
qualified professionals whose background
spans recruitment management, Jobcentre
Plus advisory roles, small firms and enterprise
advisors and business advice specialists.
We are the largest multi-disciplinary college
within Liverpool and we service the whole of
Greater Merseyside.
What does our service look like?
Our services can be used by you on an ad hoc
basis or integrated into the service levels we
agree with you.
We work with a range of key stakeholders in the
Greater Merseyside region including Jobcentre
Plus, JETs, Connexions, Learning and Skills
Council, Liverpool City Council – the list is
endless.
As part of our no cost service we will work with
you to:
- Produce an organisational needs analysis which will give us an in-depth understanding of your business and your requirements
- Look at pre-recruitment training
- Co-ordinate open days for your vacancy
- Deliver training which fits your needs and the needs of your employees including mandatory, accredited and tailored training
- Advertise your vacancies and deal with your vacancy enquiries
- Support both you and your employees in challenging times including down sizing
- Offer a one point of contact
