Skillworks - Tourism
Liverpool Business Services, underpinned by Liverpool Community College, can support employers in the tourism sector with funding for training.
SkillWorks offers demand-led training to meet your specific needs. The programme is supported by Greater Merseyside Learning and Skills Council.
If you have not previously received SkillWorks funding you can access up to 60% towards the cost of training.
Businesses in the following sectors with fewer than 250 employees, including self employed, are eligible for SkillWorks: tourism:

- Restaurants
- Pubs, bars and nightclubs
- Contract food service providers
- Membership clubs
- Gambling
- Travel services
- Tourist services
- Visitor attractions
- Youth hostels
- Holiday parks
- Self catering accommodation
