Train to Gain is a government backed programme to increase productivity by improving the skills and qualifications of the workforce.
Priority groups who attract funding include:
- Employees without the first full level 2 qualification (equivalent to 5 GCSEs or NVQ 2).
- Employees who work towards Skills for Life first numeracy and literacy qualification.
