How Train to Gain works:

Five simple steps:

  1. Identify the skills your business needs
  2. Pinpoint the right training
  3. Agree a tailored package
  4. Find available funding
  5. Preview the progress you are making
Train to Gain is a government backed programme to increase productivity by improving the skills and qualifications of the workforce.

Priority groups who attract funding include:

  • Employees without the first full level 2 qualification (equivalent to 5 GCSEs or NVQ 2).
  • Employees who work towards Skills for Life first numeracy and literacy qualification.
